Rabbi Jamie and musicians will lead us in a family-friendly service featuring the (sing along!) music of Paul Simon and Neil Young!   Oneg Shabbat following.

10:00–11:30am Shabbat Morning Service
What are We Doing When We Pray and Why?

Rabbi Jamie will lead us through an interactive service for newcomers and veterans exploring new ways of relating to the prayerbook, the Torah, ourselves, one another, and God.  Followed by Kiddush Lunch.

3:00–5:00pm Workshop
The Mystery of ONE: Coming Home to Kabbalah,  Jewish Mystical Tradition 

The Hebrew expression Ayn ode, means “there is no other.”  Join this dynamic duo, Jessica Zeller and Rabbi Jamie, in experiencing non-duality in body-heart-and-mind with the ‘sounds of silence.’   

5:15pm Havdalah Service / Closing Shabbat
Opening the Door: Havdalah and Q&A w/Rabbi Jamie

Experience the beauty and simplicity of havdalah, a ceremony closing the Sabbath and initiating a new week (or year) with a sweet ritual combination of braided candles, aromatic spices, wine, and song, followed by an informal, anything goes, “Ask the Rabbi” Q & A.
