Education
Education for all ages is an important value in Judaism. Congregation Har Shalom offers Jewish learning programs for our entire congregation - toddlers through adults.
Children
One way to keep kids connected to Judaism is to have them connected with each other! Jewish Cooking and Crafts is a great way to connect our families.
B’nai Mitzvah Program
Congregation Har Shalom is initiating a course for students with upcoming Bar and Bat Mitzvahs. Students ages 10 and 11 are invited to join a new two-year Hebrew and religions education course to prepare for Bar and Bat Mitzvah. A new course of study will begin every two years to accommodate families with children of all ages. Classes will be held two Sundays a each month from 3:00 to 5:00 PM beginning on October 9, 2022. Each class will consist of one hour of Hebrew study followed by one hour of religious study. Please contact Naomi for more information or to join the course.
All are welcome to the join, including those interested in adult B’nai Mitzvah.
